She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lee and Ivy Thelma Ingle (Vastine); her husband Ezra Neal; and her siblings, Bobby, Dan, Mike Ingle, Brenda Johnson and Ivy Nell Lillard (Ingle).
She is survived by: her children, David Neal (Beverly) of Joplin, Rick Neal (Lynn) of Millington, Carolyn Mauldin (Hal) of Lake Alfred, Darla Neal (Phil) of Harrisburg and Sandra McDermott (Johnny) of Greers Ferry; and her grandchildren, Aimee, Wes, Chris McDermott, Preston, Jake, Dylon, Shelby Neal, Jason Prince, Jessica Deckelman, Cody Waters, Rick Mauldin, Joshua, Angela, Nathaniel, Jeremiah and Lacey Neal. She is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
