He was predeceased by: his father Dell M. Exum; his former wife Judy Exum (Green); his son Gary Don McIllwain; his great grandchild Reed Davis; his siblings, Sonny, Roger Exum and Virginia Cole; and also Elizabeth Doris Exum.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Jo Exum-Henry of Harrisburg; his stepsons, Ronnie, Joeyâ and Gann of Harrisburg; his granddaughter Hillary Davis of Jonesboro; and his great grandchildren, Samuel (Sam) and Annah Katherine Davis of Jonesboro.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials be made to Lebanon Baptist Church 13996 Hwy 14 East Harrisburg, Arkansas.
