He was predeceased by: his father James Eddie "Jimmy" McDaniel. He is survived by: his mother Deletia McDaniel (Holcomb) of Harrisburg; his wife Christy McDaniel (Smith) of Harrisburg; his son Dalton McDaniel of West Plains; his stepson Cody Neely of Wynne; his daughter Sidney McDaniel of Wynne; his stepdaughters, Miranda Duke of Brookland and Hayden Neely of Wynne; and his siblings, Shane Holcomb (Deanna) of Harrisburg and Jessica Hollingsworth (Bradley) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
