He is survived by: his wife Debbie Maddox of Harrisburg, AR; his daughters, Angela Starr (Alan) of Mayflower, AR, Allison Clifft (Jason) of Conway, AR, Mallory Smith (Aaron) of Jonesboro, AR, Madison Daffron (Jacob) of Jonesboro, AR and Karen Phillips of Jonesboro, AR; his siblings, Janet Staed (Bill) of Fort Smith, AR, Billy Maddox (Beth) of Jonesboro, AR and Dan Maddox (Brenda) of Jonesboro, AR; and his grandchildren, Hillary Wilkerson, Brock Clifft, Haley Ansel, Beckett Smith, Everette Smith, Maddox Daffron, Brynley Daffron and Alex Phillips.
