It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivery Carl Sample Jr. (Harrisburg, Arkansas), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 19, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivery Carl Sample and Mary Cecelia Griffin Sample; and his sister Sandra Eskridge. He is survived by: his sons, Carl Ivery Sample and Demond Kreem Sample; his stepchildren, Ingrid Pollock of Detroit, MI and David Pollock of Detroit, MI; his siblings, Evelyn Malone of Jonesboro, Elaine Sample of Jonesboro, Hattie Brunson of Jonesboro, Clara Brunson of Kerville, TX, Birlus Brunson of Harrisburg and Charles Sample of Vellejo, CA; and his half-siblings, Ivery Carl Sample, Yolanda Sample of Little Rock and Cynthia Sample. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces.
