She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Smith and Juanita Smith (Carpenter); and her husband Jerry Wayne Evett Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Wayne Evett Jr. (Jennett) of Harrisburg and Robbie Lloyd Evett (Lynn) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Daisy Evett, Chase Exum, Robbie Evett Jr., Tripp Evett, Seth Evett and Eli Evett; and her great grandchildren, Waylon Clark, Scarlette Clark, Cash Clark, John Evett, Casen Exum and Caroline Exum.
