He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nelce Duncan and Velma Duncan; his wife Barbara; his children, Billy Joe Duncan (Tina), George Lee Duncan (Ginnie), Bobby Shane Duncan (Becky) and Sonya Michele Fuller (Jason); and his sister Willodene Mays.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Farm Hill Methodist Church (1 Farm Hill Rd, Harrisburg, AR 72432). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
