She is survived by: her son George Adams Sr. (Yolanda) of Harrisburg; her sisters, Ethel Thomas of Harrisburg and Lucy Eberhard of Harrisburg; her grandsons, Hollie Adams (Meredith) of Harrisburg, George Adams Jr. (Crystal) of Jonesboro, Brian Adams of Covington and Shane Adams (Kaity) of Harrisburg; her great grandchildren, Addie Adams, Beau Adams, Caden Adams, Caitlyn Adams, Ella Adams, Emma Adams, Lexi Adams and Shelby Adams; and her great great grandchildren, Charlee Adams and Paisleigh Adams.
