He was predeceased by: his parents, George Witcher and Carrie Witcher (Smith); his wife Flora Mae Witcher (Vanaman); and his grandchildren, Cassie Miller (Justin), Leann Elmer (Rickie), Joshua Witcher (Carol Ann), Jonathan Witcher (Chloe), David Witcher, Tiffany Evans (Cody) and LaDonna Hall (Jonathan).
He is survived by: his children, Roger (Angela Witcher) of Cherry Valley and Flora Marie Hampton of Harrisburg; and his significant other Gail Hall.
