She is survived by: her children, Brook Combs (Connie) of Harrisburg, Orville Smith, Jr. (Monica) of Harrisburg, Derek Versie (Latonya) of Jonesboro, Gayle Peifer (Brian Davis) of Harrisburg and Joanne Whitehead of Harrisburg; her siblings, Joe Combs (Diane) of Marion, AR, Barbara Rushing of Cape Girardeau, MO and Linda Smith of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Samantha Cox of Harrisburg, Maegan Peifer of Harrisburg, Zach Combs (Katie) of Paragould, Fisher Cox (Michelle) of Harrisburg, Tyler Griffin (Caitlin) of Weiner, Trey Smith (Anna) of Paragould and Karlee Peifer of Harrisburg; and her great grandchildren, Jordyn Peifer, Dutch Cox, Brooklyn Pierce, Laiklynn Cox, Case Combs and Quaid Cox. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
