He is survived by: his children, Debbie Crouch (Dana) and Jeff Crouch (Jami); his grandchildren, Gage, Grant, Chelsea and Cade; his great grandchild Skylar; and his brother Gene Crouch (Mary Jo). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
