He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Owens and Doris Henson Owens. He is survived by: his children, David Owens (Alicia) of Harrisburg, Timmy Owens of Harrisburg and Amy West of Harrisburg; and his grandchildren, Zachary Owens (Sarrah) of Jonesboro, Heath Owens (Allison) of Harrisburg, Brittney Smith (Kenny) of Pocahontas, Trevor Owens (Chandler) of Harrisburg, Wyatt Owens of Harrisburg, Amber Pretty (Zach) of Harrisburg, Jocelyn Owens of Harrisburg, Peyton McCoy of Jonesboro, Paige Owens of Jonesboro, Jalen Chappell of Walnut Ridge and Alex Chappell of Walnut Ridge. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
