He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Newcomb and Margaret Newcomb (Luna); and his siblings, Jimmy Newcomb, Cleo Dillard, Beulah Ellison and Arlene Newcomb.

He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Newcomb (Chadwick); his sons, Charles Newcomb (Angel), James Newcomb (Dana) and Paul Newcomb (Sara); his grandchildren, Chassity Partain, Jordan Ragsdale, Allyson Meilke, Chelsley Dockins, Deanna Taylor, Iris Newcomb, Emily Newcomb, Ethan Newcomb, Makayla Newcomb and Kynlee Newcomb; and his brothers, Ernie Newcomb (Carol) and Johnny Newcomb. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and numerous adopted grandkids.
