He is survived by: his grandchildren, Matthew Begay and Chase Brooks; his children, Carol Stover, Jennifer Phillips (Philip) and Charles "Chuckie" Cheney, Jr.; and his sister Dorothy Jackson (Walter) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
