She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Roberts and Arzela Roberts; her husband Carl Foust; her son Johnny Osburn; and her grandson Kevin McIntosh.
She is survived by: her children, Jewell McIntosh (Sonny) of Harrisburg, Bonnie Parrish of Harrisburg, Jimmy Cox of Delight and Lee Gattliff of Delight; and her sister Lorene Church of Harrisburg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
