She was predeceased by: her parents, C. J. Brand Jr. and Mildred Brand (Mason); her husband Edmond Mills Sr.; her daughters, Lillian Smith and Venesa Burnett; and her siblings, Danny, Carl, Charles, Kenneth Brand, Barbara Jo Brand and Lillian Brand.
She is survived by: her children, Edmond Mills Jr. (Christy) of Marked Tree, Millie Walton (Ken) of Harrisburg and Peggy Reever (Richard) of North Carolina. She is also survived by grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
