She is survived by: her husband Larry McIntosh; her children, Lisa Dix (Matthew) of McCrory, AR, Kristie O'Brien (Shane) of Trumann and Larry McIntosh II of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Kara Hanley of McCrory, Talice Harper of McCrory, Kyle Chantry of McCrory, Ella Dix of McCrory, Kristain O'Brien of Trumann, Shayna O'Brien of Trumann and Kristopher O'Brien of Trumann; her great grandchildren, Kaylen Hanley of McCrory, Kade Hanley of McCrory, Tyson Harper of McCrory, Easton Harper of McCrory, Korey and Keegan; and her siblings, Linda Vaughn of Osceola, Billy Vaughn of Wilson, Gary Vaughn of Jonesboro, Tolly Vaughn and Jolly Vaughn of Indiana.
