She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurbert Hoover and Verla Mae Thomson (Jones); her sisters, Brenda Mae Jones and Phyllis Thomas; her grandson Andrew Tyler Winchester; her former husband Robert Renfro; and her husband James Theodore "Ted" Goucher.

She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Winchester (Patrick); her grandchildren, Tyler Winchester and Chantell Winchester (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Kylee, Knox and Lexi Wigginton; and her siblings, Veron Willson (Laura), Shirley Russell and Stacey Leona Jones.
