He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Cooper and Lizzie Martin Cooper; his wife Margie Cooper; and his siblings, Odell Cooper, Gene Cooper and Shirley Whitehead.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bobbie Jones of Cherry Valley and Billie Jo Frazier (Ross) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Valerie Johnson (Coy) of Cherry Valley, Melanie Wilson (Kyle) of Cherry Valley, Mary Mullins of Harrisburg, Skyler Kelley (Misty) of Paragould and Linken Barrett of Harrisburg; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Johnson (Summer), Sara Johnson, Konnor Wilson, Myla Wilson, Adian Mullins, Aubreigh Mullins and Noah Mullins.
