He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Ray and Hattie Agnes Durham (Flanigan); his brother John Marshall Durham; his niece Cara Ashlyn; and his brothers, Earth and Heaven.

He is survived by: his wife Shearlene Neal; his daughter Angelia Durham; his son-in-law J. R. Riley of Harrisburg; his siblings, James Ray Durham of Michigan and Gearldine Jennings of Tennessee; and his grandson Ulric Payne Graham (Ashley). He is also survived by great-grandchild.
