She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Winters and Eddie Winters; her daughter Debbie Lockley; and her granddaughter Vickie Jean Harris. She is survived by: her husband James Lewis Roach; and her children, James "Rickey" (Karin Roach) of Ohatchee, Norma Jean (Brad Kelsey) of Longview and Margaret Ann Earls of Harrisburg. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 17 great great-grandchildren.
