She was predeceased by: her parents, Verbil Isbell and Lela Wooten Isbell; her daughter Belinda Smith; and her sister Myra Rankin. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Wallin of Little Rock and Tommy Wallin of Harrisburg; her son-in-law Kenny Smith of Harrisburg; and her siblings, Mary Sadler of Harrisburg, Joyce Newcomb of Harrisburg and Junior Isbell of Largo, FL. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
