He is survived by: his sons, Barry Collins, Larry Collins, Michael Collins and Donald "Little Man"; his sisters, Barbara Welch of Jacksonport, Linda Sims of Osceola, Judy Darnell, Geraldine Moore of Lepanto and Dorothy Brewer of Lepanto; and his sister-in-law Susie Brewer of Etowah.
