He is survived by: his wife Peggy Holcomb; his children, Steven Quinn of Harrisburg, Greg Quinn of Fulton and Rhonda Locke (Quinn) of Wetumpka, Ala; and his siblings, Ollie Megee of Monette and Charles Quinn of Manila. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
