He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Jack Clontz and Edna Carter; and his wife Ozell Clontz. He is survived by: his children, Dusty Clontz of Harrell, AR, Wade Clontz (Michele) of Harrell, AR and Kathy Rich (Alan) of Louann, AR. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
