He is survived by: his children, Verna L. Bailey, Roy L. Dover (Susan), Roger A. Dover, Ted R. Dover and Terry L. Dover; and his daughter-in-law Cindy Dover (Kinnally). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
