He is survived by: his parents, Anna Mullins and Andy Mullins of Wirth; his daughter Sonya Combs; his sister Debbie Housmann of Ozark Acres; his grandchildren, Riley Combs and Toby Arford; his nieces, Andrea Davis and Ariel Housmann; and his nephew Chaz Evans. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
