He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Dull and Donna Dull. He is survived by: his daughter Amy D. M. Rice (Leasha Rice) of Batesville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kaytlin K. M. Scott of Batesville, Hanah N. Scott of Ozark and James B. Scott of Lorain, Ohio; and his significant other Bliss.
