It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shari Bates (Hardy, Arkansas), born in Pocahontas, Arkansas, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Virgin and Patsy Ann Lundry Virgin; her sisters, Joann Garner and Kathy Weston; and her granddaughters, Ava and Hannah.
She is survived by: her children, Brandon Hackworth (Shayna) of Pocahontas, Amy Dunn of Pocahontas and Mika Dunn (Justin Hale) of Williford; her grandchildren, Gunnar and Alvin; her siblings, Michael Weston (Kristin) of Bay, Arkansas, Debbie Rudesill of Jonesboro, Glenda Swager of Mississippi and Laurie Kissick of Florida; and her friend Diane Godwin. She is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
