She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Vernon and Elizabeth Ruth Mackenzie O'Neal; and her son Robert Dennis Clemens. She is survived by: her husband Kai Richard Hendriksen; and her son Paul David Clemens (Lysa). She is also survived by two grandchildren and one great-grandchild as well as close friends.
