He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Quinten Decker and Nova Norine Decker (Poe); his wife Elizabeth Decker (Martinez) of Hardy; his children, Whitney Wallace (Scott) of Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Clinten Decker (Samantha) of Cherokee Village; his grandchild Elaina Grace Wallace; and his siblings, Norman Decker (Patty) of Ravenden, Billy Decker (Rita) of Ravenden, Cheryl Weckwerth (Richard) of Cherokee Village and Marlene Prosise (Raymond) of Corinth. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
