He is survived by: his parents, Jareb Teem and Ashley Teem of Hardy; his grandparents, Joey, Lisa Teem of Hardy and Rhonda Phillips of Cabot; his great-grandparent Mary K. Neumeier of Cabot; and his uncles, Sean Phillips of Little Rock, Ryan Phillips of Cabot and Jacob Teem of Hardy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
