He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Earl Rikard and Rosa Delora Frailey; and his brothers, Floyd Rikard, Jack Rikard and Bob Rikard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Rikard (Denise Rikard) and Karen Rikard; his sisters, Patricia Fritch, Alice Presley and Donna Gibson (Joey Gibson); his grandchildren, Levi Ratliff, Teahna Ratliff, Tianne Holdenried (Jeffrey Holdenried) and Dakota Ratliff; and his great grandchildren, Breanna Patton Ratliff and Oliver Holdenried. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
