He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James and Mamie Neal (Rains); and his siblings, Jim Neal, Harvey Neal, Louise Ferguson and Frankie Self.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tony Neal (Leta) of Batesville and Rosie Mears of Newport; and his brother-in-law Butch Self of Batesville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
