He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Richardson and Arkadelphia Hall; his wife Tommie; his children, Jeff Richardson and Susan Richardson; and his siblings, Gene Richardson, Max Richardson, Kenneth Richardson, Bobby Joe Richardson, Donald Grant Richardson, Orvis Richardson and Patsy Richardson.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Leah Richardson and Craig Richardson; and his daughter-in-law Linda Richardson-Carter.

Memorials may be made to the Paragould Children's Home.
