He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lee Horrell and Willie Ann Garner. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn James Horrell; his children, Dana Horrell of Cherokee Village, Arkansas and Duane Blankenship (Janice) of Bald Knob, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Rylan, Dylan Blankenship, Shalyn Blankenship Rowland, Tyler Trivitt and Jacey Oakes; his great grandchildren, Koy, Kip, Kasyn Trivitt, Sloan, Bentley Blankenship and Keaton Ziegler; and his sister Mattie Anderson of Hardy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and good friends.
