He is survived by: his wife Lelia "Lee" Marie Low (Dellwo); his daughters, Michele Rae Ferry (Charles) and Dianna Lynn Bennett (Tom); his stepchildren, Cheryl Kay Martin (Jim), Otis Allan Richardson (Terri), Michael, Anthony (Peggy), Francis "Frank" (Laurie) and Richard (Sue); and his sister Carolyn Huey (Darrel). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and good friends.
