He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Evans and Eva Armstrong Evans; and his brothers, Otho and Ray Evans. He is survived by: his wife Elnora; his children, Michael Willard of Bentonville, Robert Wayne Willard of Hardy and Kathy Trotter (Jerry) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Joey, Gary, David, Michael Jr., Jason, Amanda, Joshua and Jeremiah; and his brother Doyle Evans. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
