He is survived by: his spouses, Sonyong "Sonny" Whisler and Jean Marie "Martin"; his children, Julie Winfree of Destin, Debbie Whisler of Clayton, OH and Jeffrey Whisler; and his stepchildren, Tia Morris and Michael Watkins.
