She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hill and Bonnie Haynes Hill. She is survived by: her husband Charles Lowe; and her children, Bonnie Allisa Lorene Lowe, Timothy Ray Crosby (Shannon Glenn) and Gregory Allen Lowe (Keri). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and many other relatives and good friends.
