He is survived by: his wife Dana Runyan; his children, Alyssa Spradlin, Bethany Runyan, Savannah Runyan, Calista Runyan and Marcus Runyan; and his grandchildren, Bailey Spradlin, Reagan Spradlin and Grayson Spradlin. He is also survived by three brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
