He is survived by: his wife Gail Marie Locke Reed; his children, Billy Reed III (Haylee) of Highland, Loren Tennison (Jenna) of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, Jason Tennison (Crystal) of Hardy, Arkansas, Jeremy Reed of Canton, Illinois, James Reed (Annette) of Swink, Leslie Reed of Texas, David Reed of Georgia, Billie Jo Reed of Texas and Marian Routh of Texas; and his siblings, James, Timothy, Shaun Reed and Cassandra Reed. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
