He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Devine and Vada Sarah Lowe (Davis); his siblings, Everett Lowe and Glenna Holloway; and his granddaughter Cassidy Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sue Lowe (Cruse); and his children, William Paul "Billy" Lowe (Mindy) of Caraway, Kerry Leigh Anderson (Carl) of Nephi and Barry Matthew Lowe (Lisa Rose) of Hardy, Arkansas. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; as well as other loving relatives and friends.
