She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Parker; her parents, Howard Mulligan and Nellie Mulligan; and her brothers, Wilmer Mulligan and Troy Mulligan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Parker and Carol Thomas (Corey); her grandchildren, Brandon Hannegan (Kodie), Brad Hannegan (Tabatha), Kelsey Jeffrey and Kendal Duff; her great grandchildren, Jacob Hannegan, Jax Hannegan, Emmett Hawkins and Blaikley Dees; her brother Brady; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Parker, Beulah Helmick and Donna Parker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
