She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thomas Ethridge and Eva L. Beasley Ethridge; her husband Charles Roy Wheaton; her daughter Rita Wheaton; and her siblings, Burleson Ethridge, Bud Ethridge and Orene Levey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Mattingly (John) of Mabelvale and Darlene Parks (Charles) of Sanford, NC. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
