He is survived by: his children, Mark Anthony Welsh (Tony) of Austin, Texas and Kelly Ann Ashcraft (Jerry) of Warren, Arkansas; his granddaughters, Taylor Ashcraft of Monticello and Payton Ashcraft of Little Rock, Arkansas; his brother Donald Welsh of New Haven, Pennsylvania.; and his close friend Judy Carter.
