She was predeceased by: her parents, William Strickland and Matty Strickland; her husband Grady Oliver; her siblings, Ethel Strickland Simpson, Thomas Strickland, Clarence Strickland, Hal Strickland, Whitty Strickland, Hamp Strickland and Berry Strickland, Jr.; her grandchildren, Kenny Nowlin, Mike Nowlin, Lynn Nowlin Bryant and Monica Oliver; and her daughter-in-law Judy Oliver.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Oliver (Josie) and Phillip Oliver of Hampton; her grandchildren, Blake Bryant (Cassandra), Brice Bryant, Mike Oliver and Jo Ella Reynolds (Scott); and her nephew Mike Strickland. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and numerous great great-grandchildren.
