She is survived by: her husband Monroe Slaughter of Hampton; her siblings, Randall Evans of Magnolia and Kay Boles (William Francis) of Winston-Salem; her stepchildren, Tommy Slaughter of Hampton and Melinda Lewis (Mike) of El Dorado; and her grandchildren, Adri Kooms of Fayetteville and Dustin Lewis of El Dorado.
