Willie Fred touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Yuvonne Chavis Thornhill; and his parents, Odis Thornhill and Oria Morrow Thornhill. He is survived by: his children, Steve Thornhill (Alice) of Lufkin, Terry Thornhill (Gary) of Camden and Tonia Williford (Jake) of Porter, Texas; his siblings, T. J. Thornhill of Malvern, Lee Thornhill of Hamburg, Martha Scroggins of Bastrop, LaNell Morgan of Start and Bonnie Laughlin of Lake Village; his granddaughters, Laci Reynolds, Kristin Fletcher (Zach), Ashlyn Kennedy (Evan) and Davalyn Miknal (Ashton); and his great grandchildren, Kaden Thornhill, Aisley Reynolds, Emma Reynolds, Ashton Fletcher and Brooklyn Fletcher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home (302 E Lincoln St, Hamburg, AR 71646). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pine Forest Missionary Baptist Church (120 E Church St, Crossett, AR 71635). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at the Prairie Grove Cemetery.
