He was predeceased by: his brother Jeff Carr. He is survived by: his children, Chris "Chico" Watkins (Jennifer) of Hamburg, LCpl Taylor Watkins of Crossett and Melissa Carr of Little Rock; his stepfather Paul Carr of Milo; his siblings, Gary Doss (Pam) of Fayetteville and Jean Davis of Bastrop, LA; and his friends, Chris Roan, Randy Rice, Tommy Hughes, Burl Mills, Kavin Burnett, Jamie Murry, Mike Abadessa, Kirk Syberg, Craig Shorten, Glen Naff, Serrena Rodgers Waters and Chris Head. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
